Nambale Magnet School educates over 400 children a year, many of whom are orphaned and vulnerable. The lifeblood of the school are the dedicated teachers and staff who educate, feed, encourage and care for these precious children. Hiring and retaining staff is challenging in Kenya, where the government schools have an advantage over the private schools. The Staff Support Fund will allow the leadership of NMS to provide competitive salaries, pensions and provide for continuing education.
